If you’re anything like me (as a network marketer), you got into this industry primarily because you couldn’t stomach the 9-5 lifestyle (or you got fired from it). The torture of having to work eight hours a day, rarely getting a decent raise, and having to work our tails off because we’ve had other coworkers get downsized reeks of awful.
There are some, however, who still remain sort of indifferent about network marketing. After finally giving up that lifestyle and adopting one of seeming freedom and independence… where is the passion??
Passion in MLM Marketing is absolutely crucial to your success, and ultimately without it… you are so destined to fail it’s not even funny! Who wants to partner with or be a rep. of someone who is fairly indifferent to their opportunity?!? Seriously… People want to follow successful, passionate, truthful people who can bring them a new lifestyle and bigger/more massive dreams. This is only one aspect of what it means to a leader, but it’s a pretty crucial one.
